Bill & Coo

In a rather modern and minimal layout, by the pool, with sea view and under the starry sky, the gourmet Bill & Coo restaurant will offer you unique gastronomical experiences. The awarded chef Athinagoras Kostakos has designed an extremely interesting Greek creative cuizine making the most of the fresh local ingredients found on the island.

Matsuhisa Mykonos

Hosted in the Belvedere Hotel since the summer 2004 and is an emblem of the island’s gastronomical scene. The chef – star Nobu Matsuhisa is one of the most famous Japanese chaf restaurateur in the world. The black-cod fish fillet marinated in sweet miso is one of the most famous dishes and the menu is also rich in seashells resting on ice sculptures and fragrant meats such as the veil fillet with wasabi pepper sauce. Japanese specialties are fused with Latin-American and western flavor, like the Peruvian Tiradito.

Reeza

The new restaurant of Rocabella Mykonos Hotel is named “Reeza” and is expected to turn out into this summer’s gastronomical meeting point. The menu is signed off by the talented chef Gikas Ksenakis influenced by the Greek Culture and traditional recipes through a creative perspective. Some of the dishes you should not miss include the roasted tomatini risotto with feta cream and mint jelly, the marinated sardines with quinoa with zucchini, tarama salad with beetroot and the canelloni “pastitsio” filled with veil, mushrooms served with sauce infused with Naxos’s Arsenic and truffle. The Food Fund International group, which has restaurants in the UAE, London and South Africa arrived in Mykonos in the summer 2015 and Hector Bodrini as the executive ched and the concept surf and turf. The restaurant is modern and styilsh. In the menu you will find the finest meats from Australia and New Zealand along with Aegean Sea treasures. Do not miss the impressive Greek Salad, the braised pork lamb-chops and the swordfish fillet with couscous as well as the traditional ratatouille. Make sure you leave some space for the delightful desserts like the eggplant mousse tiramisu and goat’s cheese ice-cream with tomato marmalade and lemon mousse.

Lamb with chic pee puree, tiger shrimps with fava nyoki, “kakavia” traditional fish soup and onion pie with sour cheese mousse is just a few of the best choices!

Catari

You will love this restaurant because it will travel you to the Italian shores of Amalfi. The deep Italian influences are reflected on the menu and it is not pot luck this restaurant holds a certificate of Authentic Italian Quality and Hospitality from the Italian Ministry of Foreign affairs. Get ready to indulge into homemade pasta and pizza! Among the best are pasta Norma and pizza with Black truffle cream and veil carpaccio. K for Kiku

The established japanese restaurant Kiku has opened the K for Kiku restaurant at Matogianni. With minimal and chilled atmosphere as well as the renewed kitchen based on Nikkei (between Japan and Peru). The flavor experience is topped by the rich wine list as well as the executive cocktail list in the form of a deck of cards, by the bar manager Vasilis Rousos.

Jackie O’ Beach
