Bill & Coo

Matsuhisa Mykonos

Hosted in the Belvedere Hotel since the summer 2004 and is an emblem of the island’s gastronomical scene. The chef – star Nobu Matsuhisa is one of the most famous Japanese chaf restaurateur in the world. The black-cod fish fillet marinated in sweet miso is one of the most famous dishes and the menu is also rich in seashells resting on ice sculptures and fragrant meats such as the veil fillet with wasabi pepper sauce. The new restaurant of Rocabella Mykonos Hotel is named “Reeza” and is expected to turn out into this summer’s gastronomical meeting point. The established japanese restaurant Kiku has opened the K for Kiku restaurant at Matogianni. With minimal and chilled atmosphere as well as the renewed kitchen based on Nikkei (between Japan and Peru). The flavor experience is topped by the rich wine list as well as the executive cocktail list in the form of a deck of cards, by the bar manager Vasilis Rousos.
