The Slopes of Meliton is the only PDO wine in Halkidiki, but it is so worth it! Having been conceived as an idea back in 1982, it has become a pioneer in Greece. In fact, this was the first wine variety to use international wine varieties in combination with local ones. The outcome is purely mesmeric and the Slopes of Meliton is either red or white. Roditis, Athiri and Assyrtiko are blended together lovely to form the white wine, whereas Cabernet (sauvignon and Franc) are combined with the local Limnio for the red variety. And they are both delicious, precious and fragrant.<\/p>\n
